Directions Now, put 6 slices of butter in a sauté pan, turn the head onto low to medium low heat, and lay in your sandwiches, on the sides that don't have any butter on them (i.e., butter side up). Put a cover over the top of your pan. Covering ensures that your cheese melts thoroughly. The first side will take around 5 to 8 minutes until it's golden brown. Flip the sandwiches, and cook the second side for about 3 minutes (again, covered). And to up the ante, serve the sammies with tomoato and rice soup. Be sure to dip your grilled cheese into the tomato soup for the full effect. |
